ΕΚΘΕΣΗ ΧΡΙΣΤΙΑΝΙΚΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΥ ΒΙΒΛΙΟΥ ΤΗΣ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΙΚΗΣ ΔΙΑΚΟΝΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΚΚΛΗΣΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ Ι. ΜΗΤΡΟΠΟΛΕΩΣ ΤΑΜΑΣΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΟΡΕΙΝΗΣ (8 Μαρτ.-15 Μαρτ. 2015)

Με πρωτόγνωρο ενθουσιασμό συμμετείχε το αναγνωστικό κοινό και ο κλήρος της Κύπρου στην Έκθεση Χριστιανικού και Παιδικού Βιβλίου που συνδιοργάνωσε η Αποστολική Διακονία της Εκκλησίας της Ελλάδος με την Ιερά Μητρόπολη Ταμασού και Ορεινής στην Πάνω Δευτερά Λευκωσίας (8 Μαρτ.-15 Μαρτ. 2015), κατόπιν συνεννοήσεως του Πανιερ. Μητροπολίτου Ταμασού και Ορεινής και του Θεοφιλ. Επισκόπου Φαναρίου και Γενικού Διευθυντού της Αποστολικής Διακονίας κ. Αγαθαγγέλου στα γραφεία του Οργανισμού στην Αθήνα.

Την έκθεση εγκαινίασε ο Πανιερώτατος Μητροπολίτης Ταμασού και Ορεινής κ. Ησαίας, παρουσία του Υπουργού Παιδείας και Πολιτισμού της Κύπρου κ. Καδή, εκπροσώπων των ενόπλων δυνάμεων και των τοπικών αρχών. Αξιοσημείωτη υπήρξε η καθημερινή συμμετοχή των Δημοτικών Σχολείων της ευρύτερης περιοχής της Μητροπόλεως τις πρωινές ώρες της Εκθέσεως και το ενδιαφέρον των μαθητών για τις παιδικές εκδόσεις του Οργανισμού. Η ολιγοήμερη παρουσία της συγγραφέως παιδικών βιβλίων κ. Ζωής Κανάβα στην Έκθεση συνοδεύθηκε και από αφηγήσεις παιδικών ιστοριών στους μικρούς μας φίλους στο ναό πριν από την ξενάγησή τους στον κόσμο του παιδικού βιβλίου, όπου επέδειξαν έμπρακτα τη δίψα τους για το ποιοτικό παιδικό βιβλίο. Στην Έκθεση συμμετείχαν από την Αποστολική Διακονία οι κ.κ. Λ. Δρόλλας και Θ. Δρακόπουλος, οι οποίοι συνεργάστηκαν με επιτυχία με τους υπευθύνους του βιβλιοπωλείου «Αγιόνησος» και τον πρωτοσύγκελλο της Μητροπόλεως πρωτοπρ. Θεόδωρο Στυλιανού.

Ο χώρος της εκθέσεως των βιβλίων της Αποστολικής Διακονίας, ευρισκόμενος παραπλεύρως του Ναού του Αγ. Γεωργίου, θα εξακολουθήσει να φιλοξενεί το σύνολο των τίτλων της Αποστολικής Διακονίας μέχρι το Πάσχα, συνεχίζοντας έτσι το εγχείρημα της εγκαινιασθείσης συνεργασίας του Οργανισμού με την ι. Μητρόπολη Ταμασού και Ορεινής.

FAIR OF CHRISTIAN AND CHILDREN'S BOOKS OF APOSTOLIKI DIAKONIA OF THE CHURCH OF GREECE AND THE HOLY METROPOLIS OF TAMASOS AND ORINI (8 March-15 March 2015)

It was with unprecedented enthusiasm that the public and the clergy of Cyprus participated in the Fair of Christian and Children's Book held by Apostoliki Diakonia of the Church of Greece and the Holy Metropolis of Tamasos and Orini at Pano Deftera of Nicosia (8 March - 15 March 2015) following the agreement of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Tamasos and Orini and His Eminence the Bishop of Fanarion and General Director of Apostoliki Diakonia Mr. Agathangelos during a meeting held at the offices of the Organisation in Athens.

The fair was inaugurated by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Tamasos and Orini, Isaias, in the presence of the Minister of Education and Culture of Cyprus, Mr. Kadis , representatives of the armed forces and local authorities. Worth noting are the daily participation of the Elementary Schools of the greater area of the Metropolis during the morning hours of the Fair and the interest of the students for the children's publications of the Organisation. The few-day presence of the author of children's books, Ms Zoe Kanava , in the Fair, was accompanied by narrations of children's stories to our young friends in the church before the journey to the world of Children's books began where they practically showed their thirst for quality children's books. The participants in the Fair on behalf of Apostoliki Diakonia were Messrs L. Drollas and Th. Drakopoulos, who successfully cooperated with the people from " Agionisos " bookstore and the chancellor of the Metropolis, protopresbyter Theodoros Stylianou.

All the books' titles of Apostoliki Diakonia will continue to be exhibited in the exhibition area of Apostoliki Diakonia, next to the Church of Saint George, up to Easter, supporting thus the launched cooperation of the Organisation with the Holy Metropolis of Tamasos and Orini.
